Diapers2you.net offers FREE shipping on orders to California, Nevada, Utah, Washington and Arizona.   Incontinence Product Orders from all other states receive FREE shipping on orders over $89.

Diapers2You.net contracts with the following carriers (OnTrac, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground) for delivery of our Adult Diapers, Baby Diapers and other Incontinence Supplies. On all orders that qualify for free shipping, we reserve the right to decide which carrier we will ship your order with. We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. And we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Diapers2You.net with the correct shipping address. If UPS or FED EX is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address from the customer a $5.00 address correction fee will be assessed.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items. Items returned to Diapers2You.net after 30 days and without contacting Diapers2You.net will not be refunded. The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs for all returned items back to Diapers2You.net.  Return items must be in their original packaging and in good condition in order to have a replacement or refund issued. If the original packaging has been damaged or opened, Diapers2You.net will not accept the return.

Diapers2You.net is not responsible for items stolen or lost when they are being returned to Diapers2You.net. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable. Write the RA number on the shipping label and return in the original box to:
